Counting time
This is a fun activity that helps children connect the number to the correct amount while manipulating their favorite toys.
– Get a small basket and together with your child, fill it with small toys such as small plastic animals, small cars, etc.
-Write on square pieces of papers, numbers from 1 to 5 or from 1 to 10.
– Help the child put the numbers in order on a table or on a clear surface.
– Let them pick the objects/toys in the basket to put the correct amount next to the correct number.
